The chai and the estate are in Blacé, in a 12th century priory. The latter was home to Grandmontine monks, who tended the vines surrounding the château up to 1769. Today, the estate spreads over 9 ha of vines, which give directly onto the chai. Our estate also includes vineyards in Villié-Morgon (1ha) and Saint Lager (3ha). The estate is organic certified for the vines in Saint Lager (AOC Brouilly). We use eco-friendly techniques for the rest of the estate, including shallow-ploughing between the vines.
