Clos de Haute Combe, belonging to the Audras family, perches on the summit of a hill, giving it a superb panoramic view over the Saône Valley and even the Alps in the background.
Appellation: Juliénas
The estate covers 35 ha of vineyards in the Juliénas appellation area. They are set all around the castle, making the most of excellent sunshine. François’ son, Thierry, is the 5th generation of their family to work the estate. Château de Juliénas was restored in 1907. Part of the building dates from 1582, while the cellars date from 1744.
Discover our family estate and taste our 6 appellations. Passion, respect for the terroir and traditional vinification, mean that we extract all the nuances from our single grape variety: the Gamay.
